Fried Wontons

So I had wontons for the first time the other day and loved them! So a lady I work with, Yugi, who is from China and she told me how to make them. SO easy! All you need is cream cheese, imitation crab meat and wonton skins.





So I cut the crab meat into tiny tiny pieces and then mixed it with the cream cheese

And then put it in the center of one of the skins

Then I brushed water on the edges so that they would stick. Pinch the corners together

And you have a wonton!

Put them in a deep fryer for a few minutes

And they're done!

They don't taste like the ones I had at all but they are still ok!
